We brought life to statistics by creating the biggest Game Show ever set up at Avicii Arena, Stockholm. An immersive live experience with 2300 guest, contestants from nine different countries and high quality entertainment.

Mission: Söderberg & Partners is a global finance company that like many others faces the constant challenge of presenting complex, financial information in an engaging way.    The company has grown and with 700 people since the last kick off, and the mission was to get them together and talk about the culture and create pride and engagement for the company. To share experience and knowledge.  

Söderberg & Partners wanted to increase the dedication to the company, and our job was to create a kickoff that created that momentum.

Solution: Studies show that our episodic memory can remember 22 times more information if we learn by playing, storytelling or though experiences. Therefore, we created an enormous Game Show were all corporate communication was delivered through different gaming formats. The result was seven hours of high quality entertainment and engagement.

Experience: When the participants stepped into the Avicii Arena, they were not greeted by a classic set up with a stage and round tables. Here, we had built a massive stage with four different platforms, the green room, the commentary booth, the analog playing field and the gigantic stage in the shape of a giant globe. With lighting, design and decor, we came up with a setup that would would work for both TV and live experience.  

The agenda took us through a number of focus areas such as sales, sustainability, values and offerings, but in the form of jeopardy, bingo, taskmaster and hot seat. Participants actively participated thanks to our specially designed app. The task was to learn as much as possible from Söderberg & Partners' range, values and sustainability work. 

In the evening, the participants were welcomed to a mingling dinner and then took part in a immersive gala with tailor-made dance numbers and productions, awards and the big finale of The Game. 

Result: The dedication to the company increased to 84%, the highest number ever since the measuring of employee engagement started.  

Employees shared their engagement and pride by creating an avalanche of content in social media.   

Learning by experience increased understanding of company strategy and brought energy to the growth journey ahead.
